We ship orders quickly, sending packages out the same day, except when orders are received after mail cut-off times. We have been in business for over 15 years. Through our experience, we endeavor to send your order as efficiently as possible.
What is the cut-off time for same-day shipping?
-Orders placed before 3 pm PST will ship the same day.
-This excludes holidays and Sundays
How do I receive free shipping?
-We offer free shipping and tracking on ALL ORDERS shipped within the USA.
-No additional shipping or handling costs unless you choose to upgrade your shipping service.
Once I place the order, how will I receive updates?
-After ordering, you will receive email updates (e.g. payment received, order shipped)
-Your order’s tracking number is included in the shipping email (it can take 24 or more hours for the postal service to provide its first update)
-If orders are received after 3 pm PST or during holidays, you will receive updates the next business day.
What if I don’t receive shipping updates for my order?
-If you do not receive order updates, we might have had the wrong email on file.
-Sometimes customers accidentally misspell or leave out portions of their email.
-This does not jeopardize the shipment of your order, only your ability to receive news about your order.
-This can be corrected by email at 4lifecenter@gmail.com or by phone at 888-882-8832 about updates to your order (Note: orders ship quickly, so if you do not receive an immediate reply over email, calling may be the better option).
What if my package is lost?
-If you think your package was lost or not delivered, contact us right away
-We will not charge you extra to ship another package
-We send additional packages with a signature requirement to ensure delivery
What if I need to return or cancel my order?
-We receive returns up to 30 days after purchase
-If your products arrive damaged or unusable, we will replace them without any additional charges.
-If the products are canceled or returned otherwise, there is a 15% restocking fee (Note: there is no restocking fee if you cancel your order before we ship it out).
